Workforce Development Fund
Facilitated by RCPA
We are pleased to announce that RCPA have partnered with Skills for Care to distribute this year’s Workforce Development Fund.
The Workforce Development Fund (WDF) is funding from the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) disseminated by Skills for Care. It supports the provision of high quality care and the continuing professional development (CPD) of staff across the adult social care sector by providing a contribution towards the costs of vocational learning. The fund allows you to claim back money towards the costs of workers completing a broad range of adult social care qualifications, learning programmes and digital learning modules.
In order to register for the WDF your organisation must first sign up to the Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set.
Once registered please complete and return to us the Member Declaration Form. We will then send you the Claim Submission Form.
A full list of funded qualifications and learning programmes can be found here.
Further information can be found on the Skills for Care website.
Please note the maximum claim per learner is £2,000 and the deadline for claims is 26th February 2021.
