Our annual conference is exploring “How to we look after each other in the 21^st Century”. The recent Panorama documentary set in Somerset but painting a national portrayed much of the landscape in which we provide and use services today.  Providing care and support has never been subject to so much change and pressure to deliver within budgets. As an increasingly diverse and ageing population, we have different expectations about support and often more complex needs. New commissioning models, a greater reliance on community and informal support and the growth in different kinds of providers, reflect the efforts of local authorities to respond. Recruitment becomes harder in a wider employment market that places greater workforce value in other sectors. Are we looking after each other in this environment?

Please join us for a day of Speeches, a Question and Answer Panel and Workshops all held by a cross-section of care sector experts. Lunch is provided along with time to network and meet industry suppliers.
