Do you need additional guidance on a particular issue that is affecting you and your business?
Besides providing regular free day to day advice for its members, RCPA Ltd is also able to offer further assistance in the form of an in-depth consultancy and advisory service for use in cases where members are struggling with a particularly detailed or complex issue. The Association can provide in-depth, tailored support and advocacy on a range matters relating to the sector, such as:
- Local authority developments
- CQC quality ratings
- Employment issues such as grievance appeals and hearings
- Staff retention
- Safeguarding investigations

Consultancy Fees
RCPA Ltd is able to offer a one hour consultation for members free of charge, if members then require further assistance on complex issues, support and advice can be offered at a rate of £35 per hour.
Non-members are also welcome to apply for information and support at a rate of £55 per hour.
